For much of the last hundred years science has been searching for a cure for cancer, arthritis, and even the common cold. Most of the research has been focused on finding a "magic bullet" in the form of an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory or vaccine. All the while, inside our own body lies the most powerful cure for what ails us, our immune system. The immune system is a person's primary defense against disease. The following health conditions may be a direct result of immune system dysfunction:
- Frequent Colds and Flu
- Allergies and Asthma
- Chronic Fatigue
- Fibromyalgia
- Candida Yeast Overgrowth
- Parasitic Infections
- Psoriasis and Eczema
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Viral Disorders
- Inflammatory Bowel
- Disease Hepatitis
- Cancer Diabetes
- Multiple Sclerosis
- AIDS
- Lupus
What is RM-10?
For thousands of years people have used herbs to promote healthy immune system function and ward off many diseases. RM-10 is a combination of 10 medicinal mushrooms synergistically balanced with Aloe Vera and Uncaria tomentosa. These unique nutrients have been specifically chosen to feed and nourish the immune system. Each of the powerful ingredients in RM-10 have been pre-digested using the Poten-Zyme process of bio-fermentation creating enhanced absorption and utilization while also providing beneficial probiotics and enzymes. RM-10 was formulated by Jordan S. Rubin, C.N.C., for his grandmother who had been diagnosed with metastatic cancer (see testimonial section). Garden of Life believes RM-10 will create a new standard in immune system supplementation.
Why take RM-10?
Medicinal mushrooms have been used traditionally for thousands of years and are now being validated by modern science for their remarkable healing potential. Mushrooms and their extracts have been the subject of hundreds of scientific studies which conclusively indicate their tremendous therapeutic value. According to these studies, medicinal mushrooms and their extracts:
- May have powerful immunomodulatory activity and enhance immune system function*
- May have potent anti-tumor activity and inhibit the growth of existing tumors*
- May help lower cholesterol and can prevent and treat cardiovascular disease*
- May have anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties*
- May protect against harmful effects of radiation*
- May have applications in treating viral diseases such as AIDS*
What's in RM-10?
Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi): Appearing in ancient Chinese herb texts more than 1500 years ago, this unique herb was considered to be the "mushroom of immortality" and the "great protector". Reishi appears to greatly aid in the immune system and have a strong effect against tumors and cancer. A potential treatment for arthritis, it has been further shown to increase the cardiovascular system and has been found to prevent and treat hardening of the arteries, angina, and shortness of breath associated with coronary heart disease.
Cordyceps sinensis: Commonly used for impotence and fertility, Cordyceps sinensis greatly improves immune system function and strengthens the body's resistance to bacteria and viruses. It has further been used in China as a tonic for the lungs and kidneys to relieve excessive fatigue, anemia, and depression.
Coriolus versicolor: It is considered to be a very powerful anti-bacterial, anti-oxidant, anti-tumor agent, and immune enhancer. Coriolus versicolor has been helpful in treating and decreasing the recurrence of gastric cancer and significantly inhibits the growth of leukemia cells.
Lentinula edodes (Shiitake): Extracts from this mushroom have been shown to be effective against Type 1 Herpes Simplex virus as well as depressed immune system function, cancer, AIDS, environmental allergies, candida infections, and frequent colds and flu. Shiitake has been used in the Orient for prevention of high blood pressure, controlling cholesterol levels, and is a potent kidney and liver tonic.
Agaricus blazei: Has amazing immune enhancing effects on the body as well as anti-tumor, anti-viral, and blood sugar lowering properties. It also helps to form the enzyme tyrosinase which is used in the body to synthesize the protein melanin; Melanin gives color to the skin and is a vital component of skin and semen.
Grifola frondosa (Maitake): In Japan, the Maitake mushroom is called the "king of the mushrooms", and many researchers believe that it has anti-tumor effects. In the feudal era of Japan, Maitake was exchanged for its weight in silver by local lords who in turn offered it to the Shogun. Maitake can be used on a daily basis to promote healthy metabolic function and maintain vibrant immunity.
The Poten-Zyme Process
The nutrient dense herbal combination in RM-10 is pre-digested using the proprietary Poten-Zyme process (Poten-tiation by Enzym-atic activation). This proprietary process is an exclusive natural process of lacto-fermentation and enzymatic predigestion using 14 strains of beneficial microorganisms within a matrix of carefully selected whole foods. The bioavailability and absorption of nutrients using this unique process may be increased 2-5 times. Many people have a difficult time obtaining nourishment from certain foods and herbs. The Poten-Zyme process solves this problem. The Poten-Zymeprocess creates and liberates valuable compounds within the herbs, including enzymes, antioxidants, beta glucans, phytosterols, and many others.
The UltraZorbe Caplet Delivery System
The UltraZorbe caplet delivery system (Ultra-absorption) is a revolutionary technology whereby all nutrients and ingredients in RM-10 retain their maximum nutritive content, viability, and "live" food and herbal properties. The UltraZorbe caplet delivery system accomplishes this without the use of heat, animal products, traditional binders, fillers, or excipients. UltraZorbe caplets are designed to provide rapid disintegration and dissolution, and thus deliver the desired nutrients in the most efficient and effective time frame possible.
Testimonial
"Two years ago, I was diagnosed with cancer. The visible tumors were surgically removed and I underwent no further conventional treatment. My grandson (Jordan Rubin) formulated a special blend of herbs and probiotics for me to take (RM-10). He told me that if I took this blend my immune system and digestion should significantly improve. Whatever it was he gave me, boy did it work! I have been using RM-10 for about 18 months. I've never felt better in my life. I experience more energy than I ever remember having. I have a general feeling of well being that I have never experienced. As a side note, I have been constipated all of my adult life. I have always required the use of laxatives, which didn't always help. After a few months on the RM-10 I've eliminated the use of my laxatives and have almost perfect elimination. According to my last check up, I am cancer-free." -Rose Menlowe Age 79
